The approved refunds will be credited in 3 - 5 working days
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility:
- Only selected products are eligible for exchanges, as specified on the product page 4-5 business working days.
- Fabellite reserves the right to modify the return policy without prior notice.
- Return Process:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products without original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Return/exchange requests must be initiated within the return period mentioned on the product page.
- Pickup & Shipping:
- If a pickup service is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product to Fabellite’s office.
- Charges:
- Return/exchange charges may apply and vary depending on the case.
- Returns are possible only in case if damage products or defects will be arranged within 4-5 business working days.
- Exchange Products will be delivered within 4-5 business working days.
